This site and the services provided on it are operated by Hanish Enterprise (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Website Terms of Use
2.1 Purpose and scope
Content on this site is for general information and education about communication coaching and related topics. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. It does not replace professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
2.2 Who may use the site
You must be 18 or older to create an account, subscribe, or purchase services.
2.3 Acceptable use
Do not scrape, republish, resell, reproduce, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit site content without written permission. Do not post unlawful, defamatory or infringing material. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
2.4 Intellectual property and licence
All materials on this site are owned or licensed by us. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to view and use materials for your own learning. Any other use requires written consent.
2.5 Third-party links and embeds
We may link to or embed third-party services (videos, payment processors, booking widgets). Those services have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
2.6 Disclaimers and availability
The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is error-free or up to date.
2.7 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of the site. For paid services, see Section 4.8 for the liability cap.
2.8 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
3. Coaching & Corporate Training Terms
3.1 Services covered (general)
We provide communication coaching, consultancy, corporate training and digital products (for example programmes, workshops, downloadable courses and PDFs). Offerings may change over time.
3.2 Outcomes and disclaimers
We deliver professional coaching, structure and feedback. Results depend on each client’s input, context and effort. No specific results are guaranteed. We do not provide therapy, medical, legal or financial services.
3.3 Booking and scheduling
Bookings are made via Calendly or other agreed booking tool. Confirm your time zone and details when booking.
3.4 Rescheduling and cancellations
Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeited sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.5 Session recordings
Sessions may be recorded (audio, video, screen) for quality, analytics and training. Clients do not receive recordings by default. If you object to recording, notify us before the session; we will consider alternatives where feasible.
3.6 Payments and invoicing
We accept Stripe, PayPal, Billplz and bank transfer. Payment is due per the invoice or checkout instructions. Prices shown are final unless stated otherwise.
3.7 Refunds and unused sessions
- Coaching: Full refund available before the first session. After the first session, refunds are not available except where a written guarantee for a specific offer states otherwise.
- Digital products / courses: All sales are final once access or download has occurred.
- Unused sessions: Expire 90 days after purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
3.8 Chargebacks and disputes
If you raise a chargeback, we may suspend services while we investigate. We reserve the right to provide evidence to payment processors.
3.9 Corporate training specifics
- Client recording: Recording of our sessions by the client is prohibited without written consent.
- Materials: Slides and materials are licensed for internal, non-commercial use only. Use outside that scope requires written permission.
- Logistics & expenses: Travel and reasonable out-of-pocket costs for in-person delivery are chargeable with prior agreement.
3.10 Liability cap and indemnity
Except where law requires otherwise, our aggregate liability for any claim in connection with paid services is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months for the service concerned. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our materials.
4. Privacy Notice
4.1 Controller and contact

4.2 Personal data we collect
- Identity and contact data (name, email, phone, company/role).
- Booking and transactional data (dates, invoices).
- Coaching data (session notes, progress notes, transcripts where used).
- Technical data (IP address, device/browser, cookies).
- Payment data processed by payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
- Communications and analytics (email opens, clicks, site analytics).
4.3 How we collect data
You provide data when you contact us, book, purchase, subscribe, or use our services. We also collect data automatically via cookies and analytics.
4.4 Purpose and lawful bases for processing
We process data to: provide services (contract), communicate with you (contract/legitimate interest), improve services and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), and for marketing where you have consent. We retain data to meet legal and accounting obligations.
4.5 Recipients and processors
We share data with service providers who process data on our behalf, such as Calendly, Brevo, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, Billplz, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Yoodli, Otter, and other tools. Access is limited to what is necessary.
4.6 International transfers
Data may be processed or stored outside Malaysia (for example EU, UK, US, Singapore). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and reputable processors.
4.7 Retention periods
- Marketing contacts: retained for 24 months after last engagement (open/click).
- Coaching records (notes/transcripts): retained for 24 months after last session.
- Contracts and invoices: retained for 7 years for bookkeeping and tax compliance.
We may retain limited information longer for legal defence or regulatory needs.
4.8 Your rights
Under applicable law you may request access to, correction of, restriction of processing, deletion of, or portability of your personal data. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time via email or the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. EU/UK individuals have additional GDPR rights; we will respond within applicable timeframes.
To exercise rights, contact irwan@irwanhanish.com. You may also lodge complaints with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP) or a relevant supervisory authority.
4.9 Security
We implement reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data. No transmission or storage is entirely risk-free.
4.10 Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
4.11 Testimonials and event media
With consent we may publish testimonials (name, role, company) and use photos or video captured at events for marketing. If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, notify us in advance.
5. Simple Cookie Notice
5.1 Categories we may use
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for core site functions and bookings.
- Analytics cookies (GA4) — to measure and improve site performance.
- Marketing cookies / pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) — may be used in future campaigns.
5.2 Your choices
You can manage or block cookies via your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect functionality.
